Founded in 1982, Hills of Lake Mary is a beautiful place to live, offering a suburban family oriented lifestyle with sprawling hills, healthy natural environment, and an accessible trail system to bike, jog, walk, skate or just enjoy the wonderful scenery throughout Seminole county. The Association is authorized by statute and its governing documents to manage assessments and to make expenditures on behalf the members for the benefit of the entire community. The Association maintains the common areas and manages the relationship between residents and the Association. It also enforces our rules and regulations and protects the interests of Association members.

The Association is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors that are residents of the Hills of Lake Mary. The Association Board of Directors meets the first Wednesday of every month at the Lake Mary Community Building located at 140 East Wilbur Avenue.

Lake Mary is situated in Seminole County, an area of more than 400,000 residents which has been nicknamed "the Little Silicon Valley" for the many high tech software and technology businesses as well as medical professionals. Lake Mary is home to the American Automobile Association (Triple A) National Headquarters. Although Lake Mary has a large, planned corporate district, it still keeps the small-town feel.

Lake Mary offers plenty of golf courses, tennis facilities, sporting complexes, skate parks and lakes for boating and fishing. Lake Mary's school district is rated as one of the top 100 in the country and ranked by Newsweek in the top 3% of nationwide schools. Lake Mary has the lowest crime rate in Central Florida and an excellent fire department.

The next Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday March 6, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake Mary Senior Center located at 911 Wallace Court (off of Lake Mary Blvd.) Lake Mary.
